Some ways to troubleshoot are to first check spam.  If for some reason our emails do go to your spam, be sure to move them to your inbox. If you do not find our emails in your spam or inbox, email info@latinxparenting.org to troubleshoot.  

We typically send the Zoom link 24-48 hours prior to the event.  If you register weeks before the event, we recommend adding the event to your calendar.  

Please check the promotional material for the event.  If interpretation is available please be aware that the interpretation option is not available on Google Chromebooks.  

We love that you want to share our resources.  Out of respect for our time and labor, please share the registration page and not the Zoom link so that they may register for the event and receive this information.  If this is a paid event you would like to share, consider gifting it!  

You will receive the replay within 24 hours of the end of the live event as well as any material that may accompany the event.   Typically our paid events receive recorded access for a limited time (3-4 weeks usually, noted the post event email).  For free events, they remain available on our blog and/or Youtube.
